Post Office CASS Address Verification module

I've registered and received username/password from USPS. However, this module asks me for user ID only, and I keep getting :

I guess I need to find somewhere to fill in my password. Any help?

You should just need your id in the Configuration--> Shipping
settings if I remember.

Hi, Sorry for the delay. I was on holiday for a couple of weeks.
Unfortunately, I had no luck either.
I got tired of playing with it. I would have to really get into the small details of the code to get it done. And I'm not really a php expert, so it would take me much longer than I'm willing to put into it.

Did you remember how long to get authorization for these APIs? I've mailed to USPS to see if something's wrong. Wish me luck.

I think it was like 48hrs. make sure you followed this advice!

Be sure to only check the top box. All of the rest are invalid uses of the API. I don't know why they feel like they need to quiz the customers. Anyhow, if you pick more than the top box, you'll have to beg and plead and explain yourself. Then maybe they'll let you in.
Also, do not expect quick service, friendly communication, or a helpful staff. So as long as you're prepared, no worries. Just be patient.

I didn't read this until after I submitted that page with the top two checked, they denied me access. I just resubmitted the request checking only the top option... Approved..

I don't know if the link is still working or not.
The last update was in Feb 2009.
I would be very surprised if it worked on the new version 1.5.
But I haven't tried it yet. Please post your results if you give it a try on the new version 1.5.

I've been using it for a long time now and it has proven to be very useful.
