we were using BDB Wide Bay, so I changed it to Wide Bay
    Tested cart and no Fastway
Changed fastway to Sunshine cost and fastway is working.
    It is working for me.

    Test product: http://www.solarcampingaustralia.com...roducts_id=144
    Destination: Sydney 2000
    FW satchel $11.20
    FW labels $12.20

If still having a problem please provide a link to the product you are using for testing, as well as the destination postcode/suburb being used and I'll look into it further.

    Perhaps.

Oh, just to confirm, you did tun the script from your store and not your localhost, didn't you?
The reason I ask is because the script results are contradicting the error messages you reported.

    Hi Rod,

Problem fixed itself overnight. Don't know why.

I had to leave it on sunshine cost so not to loose orders
i tested it again today and if i put to to wide bay fastway not working, but still ok on sunshine cost. i will pm login so you can change to wide bay for testing
sunshine cost is close to wide bay so there should be no big problem for now

Please don't take this personally, it is a general comment/request to anyone seeking help, especially from me. Please, please, please never ever send me login details for any site unless I *specifically* ask for them (which will be a very rare occurrence and usually equates to a chargeable job).

    The reason is simple. Security!

Yes, I know many people feel they can trust me with this data, and it is true, you can.
What can't be trusted is the possibility of this same information from being leaked, sniffed or otherwise compromised after it has been sent.
OK, the risks are small, but they do exist. They won't exist at all if it wasn't sent needlessly.

The other reason I don't like having other peoples login details is because if I never have them I can never be accused of leaking them in the off chance the site gets hacked via a weak password.

Simply put, whilst I appreciate the faith involved in providing the details in the first place, I don't want the extra responsibilities that comes with it.

End of rant.... Now where were we?

Problem solved (and I haven't even looked at your pm yet). <smiles>

Who would have thought that the FastWay code for "Wide Bay" would be "BDB"? It seems that I've managed to code it as "WDB".

I've taken care of this one serverside by testing for 'WDB' and converting it to the 'BDB' expected by the FastWay servers.

    Cheers

    Not in the foreseeable future.

Their current web interface doesn't allow for data scraping, and their XML toolkit is only available to DHL account holders.

Ask me again in another 6 months. Things change.

The ozpost updates could cause this if you have made changes to the file(s) after installing ozpost. If this is the case there are a couple of solutions that will prevent you from losing them during the ozpost updates.

    Solution A:
    1. Uninstall ozpost. (just the admin keypress. No need to remove files).
    2. Make your changes.
    3. Re-install ozpost.

    Solution B:
    1. With ozpost installed, locate the file you need to modify then select the _restore version of the file (eg: update_product.php_restore).
    2 Modify this _restore file.
3 Uninstall/reinstall the ozpost module (again, just the admin keypresses, no need to mess with the files).

    Cheers
    Rod
