Lightbox Gallery (combined jgallery and zenlightbox)

Did you ever get this problem fixed? As I have the same issue and would really like to know how I can see the gallery options under tools as I have nothing showing at all.

I am trying to get it to work with 1.3.9.

I don't have it working fully yet but in order to add it to the menu in the admin tools, go to Admin Access Management -> Admin Page Registration. Use these values:

Page Key: Image Gallery Uploader
Page Name: BOX_GALLERYUPLOAD
Page Filename: FILENAME_GALLERYUPLOAD
Page Parameters:
Menu: Tools
Display on Menu?: Checked
Sort Order: Whatever you want, a high number like 50 would put it at the bottom of the tools list.

Hopefully this helps out some.
