    I can not using the some session in sub.php, when i code
    $_SESSION['hello'] ='world'
    in sub.php , I can not print this session var in www/index.php. so I need to include application_top.php
    I want to share session in other php of my website ,not only the www/index.php

    (You would need to chdir() to the directory where index.php is before you could include application_top. And then chdir back to whatever directory your other script resides in.)
