I Understand image alt tags are pulled from the product title .

How do I confirm this? Seems some SEO tools are NOT recognizing these image alt tags ..

As a distinction, a product's image's alt-tag is filled in with the product's name. If you have other content (define-pages and/or EZ-Pages), you'll need to make sure that those images have appropriate alt-tags as well.

How is this confirmed ? Will the alt tag show if INspect Page ?

You can use Chrome Inspect or View Source to see how the alt tags are built.

I can only find one image without an alt tag and it is in your pop-up.

You do have other problems that may be confusing the SEO test you are using.
