Display Debug Log Files Page Not Showing

We have just upgraded our old database from v1.5.8 to v2.0.0.

We have not added or changed any of the PHP Files except the configure files.

We have noticed that we are unable to view Display Debug Log Files page even though there are some log files. This link [index.php?cmd=display_logs] is showing only the Admin Index page.

Please guide me as to what to do in this regard.

This is concerning and forces me to ask if the files you did not change or add to were 1.5.8 files or 2.0.0.

All the PHP files are of v2.0.0. It is Fresh Install with only DB update. Nothing else changed or added. Thanks.

Did you replace the 2.0 database with your own and then run zc_install to upgrade the database?

Yes. We used our DB and used zc_install to upgrade the database.

We have not done anything to change the default meta tag settings. They are showing some of our Category Names from DB. Our Live store is at celextel.com.

It would be worth checkinng Admin > Modules > Plugin Manager to make sure the Display Logs plugin is still installed & enabled.

Display Logs plugin is Installed (Enabled). It showed us to upgrade to the newer version v3.0.2 and we did the same.

You need to give us all the steps you took to get where you are. There's something missing from the standard steps.

For instance, what template were you using before? Probably not the template_default being used now. Have you tried bringing over those files or just switching to the responsive_classic to see if the symptoms continue?

The template in use has no "play" in this issue, since Display Logs is an admin function.

@celextel108, if you use your webhost's cPanel to view the site's /logs directory with the File Manager tool, what information does the most-recent myDEBUG-adm-*.log contain? Remember to xxx-out the name of your admin directory when posting back.
