Orders not showing up

I just recently updated one of my zen cart installations to 1.3.6 from 1.3.5. It hadn't been in use before this so I'm not sure whether the problem cropped up at this time, or if it was already present. Anywho, any orders that are placed are not showing up in the 'orders' section of the admin area, or the 'orders' preview on the main admin page.

HOWEVER, they are showing up under 'new orders' on the main admin page, though it is unable to find the order once clicked on.

I do have the super_orders 1.3 addon installed, and I'm attempting to update it to 2.0 in case it is responsible...but now I'm having trouble applying the SQL patch. It simply times out in phpmyadmin when I try to import it. Any thoughts? Thx!


PS - At just a quick glance at the zen_orders table in the database, it does look like the data is there. What reason would there be fore the admin area not to recognize them?

If you do a search on the orders_id do you find it?

Check in the Modules ... Order Totals ... is the Total turned on? Do you have any duplicate sort orders?

yep, I can find it by searching for the order_id...

the total is turned on in the Order Totals module, and it is set to a sort order of 999, no matching sort orders at all.

One curiosity, when I say that no orders show up under "New orders," I mean that NOTHING is displayed. Not even the different order status options. Also when I find an order using the search function the "status" dropdown box is empty. No sign of pending/processing/etc.

Solved it, the orders_status table in my database had gotten emptied....

I know, I have weird problems. :-]
