how to define minimum order value?

Hi,

My website is a jewerly whole site. (www.thesbeauty.com).I want customers to order at least $150 at one time shopping. Therefore, I want to have a funtion that will not allow customers to check out until their purchase reaches $150. How can I do that?

There is a low order fee module in the Admin. Post your minimum and charge $20 or something if they do no meet the minimum.
