Default Protecting my Graphics and other folders

I am re-installing ZenCart after I was hacked 4 months ago.. ( The client gave me the budget to rebuild)..

Ok, Now, I want to make sure I have all the folders locked down before " go live" week. What is appropriate permission on the following:
    /cache
    /pub
    /images
    /include/language/english/html_includes
    /admin/backups
    /admin/images/graphs

I have set the above to 755 for now. should it be different?

I have also set 644 to my :
    /include/configure.php
    /admin/includes/configure.php

What else? please let me know..

Typically the configure.php files are set to 444

Here's the tutorial on securing your site, it covers a lot of areas: http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.p...ecommendations

    Default Re:

    Permissions are server dependant...
It looks as though the server you are on is using SUEXEC & PHPSUEXEC if "755" is acceptable
I have also set 644 to my :
    /include/configure.php
    /admin/includes/configure.php
If my theory above is correct, make these "444" and you will most likely have to use your hosts file manager to do so
