I followed the instructions and uploaded via method 2:
The files went where they were meant to, but I just have a blank page.==================
Upload Method 2
==================
Use your online file manager to upload the files. Ask your web host how to get to your File Manager. A simple way to upload this template with File manager is to zip up the includes folder, and name it "includes.zip". So basically you upload includes.zip into the folder that contains the "includes" folder (the root of your zen cart store, where admin, cache, download, includes, etc. are located). After uploading includes.zip, click on it, and choose "extract file contents", and it will then magically place all files where they belong. NOTE! Your file manager may vary! Be sure to BACKUP your includes folder before doing this.
Hiya
Yes, but I'm just getting the background colour and nothing else. Also 'sideboxes/languages_header.php' is not showing up in the sideboxes menu. I followed these instructions:
I got stuck here, because even though the sideboxes header file is uploaded, it's not in my Admin menu. Then, seeing my site is still a blank page, I got a little emo and went to watch The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.Upload Method 2

2. SQL File for Column Layout Grid Module (Optional)
====================================================
Run the following SQL commands into your database.
The easiest way is to open Admin->Tools->Install SQL Patch and paste them in the box and click Send.
INSERT INTO configuration (configuration_title, configuration_key, configuration_value,
configuration_description, configuration_group_id, sort_order,
last_modified, date_added, use_function, set_function)
VALUES ('Product Listing - Layout Style', 'PRODUCT_LISTING_LAYOUT_STYLE', 'rows',
'Select the layout style:<br />Each product can be listed in its own row (rows option)
or products can be listed in multiple columns per row (columns option)', '8', '40', NULL,
now(), NULL, 'zen_cfg_select_option(array(\'rows\', \'columns\'),');
INSERT INTO configuration (configuration_title, configuration_key, configuration_value,
configuration_description, configuration_group_id, sort_order,
last_modified, date_added, use_function, set_function)
VALUES ('Product Listing - Columns Per Row', 'PRODUCT_LISTING_COLUMNS_PER_ROW', '3',
'Select the number of columns of products to show in each row in the product listing.
The default setting is 3.', '8', '41', NULL, now(), NULL, NULL);

Here's what my site looks like. I'm totally new to this, so there's no data to risk losing; I'm not going to upload any products until I have the tech stuff nailed. Which might be some time, by all accounts...

This is the path to where I think my ashley pink files are, they must be in the wrong place. I sent a zip file to includes and my FTP unzipped it and put the files in their various places.
/public_html/zencart/includes/templates/ashley_pink_1-0
Praise God, I've fixed it *parties*
I was uploading them to the existing includes folder, instead of creating a new one, as illustrated in this thread.
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=92303
It works now.
That is more confusing as you should have only ONE /includes folder and not have to create another oneI was uploading them to the existing includes folder, instead of creating a new one
Zen-Venom Get Bitten
Hmm, I am not seeing the problem either. What browser are you using?Hi Anne,
We're going with Ashley Pink on yet a third site:
http://www.findmyquinceaneradress.com/
PROBLEM: When a dress is added to the cart, it pushes the Search field/button down into where the ezpages go, as per this screen shot:
http://www.findmyquinceaneradress.co...nkscrnshot.jpg
This apparently happens only on my computer, as my sister does not see the problem.
Nor do I see the problem on our site here:
http://www.bestshortpromdresses.com/
For some reason, on our problem site the "checkout" text in the pink heading is much too close to the search field.
Thoughts?
Thanks.
Steve
Thanks,
Anne
