Ok, done and I was *hoping* to be able to come back here and report yay it worked....but not quite yet LOL now my login page is coming up page not found, this has to be user error? LOL I am sure I am doing something wrong :laugh:
Make that every page is doing that and I have cleared the cache and updated it in the module manager as well lol

More than likely you accidentally overwrote your .htacess

*giggles* user error indeed...forgot to change zencart to store in htaccess :laugh: and yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy looks like it's all working now LOL thank you!

I can't get the extension setting to work in configuration. If I wanted to add .php to the end of my aliases, should I just manually add .php to the end of of those?
Or does anybody know of a fix to get this setting working?

Lets first see why do you want a .php there? Any particular reason?
Normally people want to shorten their links, remove useless thing, and just leave the important stuff there.
What are you trying to achieve by adding a .php?

Well, I'm migrating an entire site from Oscommerce to Zencart and have very well established PR and SEO... I was hoping not to disrupt the natural order of my site too much when I do the monster switch.

You can either use .htaccess redirect or link alias.However, you mentioned that link alias didnt work for you, please post the steps you took in details.
