As for deleted orders, yes, the points remain in the account. But why would you delete an order unless it's a test order in which case you can delete the points manually? Of course you will again have to delete the points manually as the mod doesn't do it.

No I am not wanting the points to transfer automatically when the customer pays as I know the mod doesn't work like this, just when I update the status to dispatched (like the points from the purchase do), though from what countrycharm has now said there must have been a hiccup during original install.
Though yes, I will add a 'cancelled' status to reset points to pending (didn't think of doing that had so much on with building the new store, thanks)

Still not working, I'm really baffled to be honest, like I say, the pending points from the sale itself are transferring to earned fine when I update the status to dispatched but the pending points from opening the account aren't, I still get this:

6 account test 100 75 --none-- 0.0100
ok, while it's small I can update manually but hopefully it won't be small forever (just really don't know why it's not working) :(

Forgot to say, I prefer to delete an order if I refund because a customer changes their mind prior to postage, returns in the original condition, etc. as I can then just tick a box to put it back into stock whereas I can't when changing it to cancelled

I still believe that this is how the mod works: points granted on opening an account are either Pending or Earned depending on your settings and they are not supposed to be transferred by changing the order status. These initial points are a one-off award to new customer s and have nothing to do with orders.

I get how the mod works but one function of it is not working.

Gladly, it seems that countrycharm understands what I mean and seeing as though it was them who uploaded the mod and they are looking into it (which I am VERY grateful for), I'm hoping to get to the bottom of why it isn't seeming to be functioning correctly.

I understand what you are saying and after doing some more testing I see that indeed those points does not transfer from pending to earned by changing the order status. I see Andrew was having problems back in Nov 2010 with this. He say if you have edit orders or super Orders installed it might would have cause the problem. I have edith orders on my zen cart v1.3.9h site but not on my zen cart v1.5.0 site. Both sites does the same thing. This really isn't a problem for me but might be for some. I don't have any problem transferring New Account points when some one buys from my site. I know it would be better if auto but I'm going to leave it as is right now.

Ok, thanks for looking into it, I don't have edit orders or super orders installed so not that (in my case), nevermind, I will continue to manually change them after I marked as dispatched (still a great mod though)
