BTW. Dou you solved the filtering on (products all, products new , products special, duplicated listing and advanced search pages)?..
Is there a solution for the "duplicated listing"? Since it isn't working yet for me and haven't found the solution at the forum.
A product filtering would be unneccessery in my case since it is filtered by catagory and the products should be displayed at all sites IF the catagory is at the site.
Allowing all products to display at the site as long as they are in one of the catagories on that site would be my answer.... But how can I do that?

HTML Code:
<a href=http://store1.salvationarmy.ca . '$session'>Online Store</a>
I need the ability to place the site_link with zenid not only into the main section of a page, but I'll also need it to be placed in the code for the dropdown menu mod.
With the MultiSite Module I've set it up with different customer types, with two different levels of customers, some with access to more products. What I'm trying to do now is force everyone to login via the more secure login screen, and then be re-directed after that to the appropriate page. In essence I'm creating the illusion of two different levels of customers on one site. Something Zen is not yet able to do, but this is getting, REALLY, REALLY close, and I'd hate to see this pass by. It's quite important to our organization that only people with the right authority can buy certain products.
Anyone have any insights or thoughts on this?
Re: MultiSite Module Support Thread
Okay,
So after a short hiates from working on the website I'm trying to follow up with an idea reguarding the previously posted message.
However, before even changing anything, I'm now unable to even load one of my sites. It's very odd, as my other one is working fine. store1.salvationarmy.ca is working perfectly, however store2.salvationarmy.ca is not at all. Has anyone else run into this problem or have a theory as to why this might be.
Re: MultiSite Module Support Thread
Hello-
I am having problems installing the multisite module. As soon as I put the include_once('includes/config_sites/sites_switch.php');
in the configure.php file, the template disappears. please see this link for example: http://www.buttongarage.com/store
anyone got any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
Thanks!
Re: MultiSite Module Support Thread
Hi,
Can I confirm that the cart is shared across different sites, eg. if I add products to my cart in shop1 then visit shop2, the products from shop1 are still in my cart?
Thanks,
Marty
Re: MultiSite Module Support Thread
Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU!! to Gerome, for developing this mod, and to everyone for help in this forum!
It is working perfectly for us, and we are just starting the process of taking it live.
Again, THANK YOU EVERYONE
Re: MultiSite Module Support Thread
First, I just want to say that this is a fantastic effort you have going on! I download and installed it this afternoon, and it's (almost) exactly what I've been looking for. Everything is perfect, except for one little detail... Linked Products. What I would like to eventually do is have a master category, where the products are actually defined, and then have site directories, set as the root category for the individual sites, where the master categories products are linked into.
The categories menu does actually show the correct product count, but if you click into the category, they don't display. Is this something that could be easily done, or is there a good reason why it can't? Just thought I would consult with the guys who know this module the best, before tackling it, and possibly save myself days of getting up to speed on the module, and (quite possibly) pulling my hair out, if this is something that would actually be easy to implement, if you know the system well!
Thanks if advance, for any advice!

That is also my last hurdle to take and didn't find the right answer yet. If there isn't a solution yet, I'm willing to help to solve the problem.
Thanks in advance.
Re: MultiSite Module Support Thread
Hi,
I haven't post for a while here, this is mainly because I moved to another city (Edinburgh), I have a new job (PHP Developer for Tribalogic.net), I don't have internet at home yet and unfortunately, I don't use Zencart for my new job.
However, I don't want to let you down !
As soon I will have internet at home, I will try to install a SVN repository for the multisite module, so everyone will be able to collaborate and optimise it as much as you want.
Thanks,
Gerome.
