Just another Cross-Sell mod (support thread)

Hi

I have installed just another cross sell mo, but i cannot find the cross sell tab under configuration, module manager has been installed, can anyone advise?

Admin->configuration->cross sell

Did you go to module manager tab and run the installation?

Yes i did, i did read up on the related threads

Failed: 1
ERROR: Cannot create table module_version_tracker because it already exists
Note: 1 statements ignored. See "upgrade_exceptions" table for additional details.
Failed to set up version tracker table

Following i created a empty .keep file, there are no records in the module version tracker table

A follow brother mentioned about removing the module manager.

I did not try that, as i am not sure which of the files shd be removed.

I believe I did post something for download

After you created that .keep file, you should be able to access this module with no error. Now you will see a link says
Install new modules:Click here

Yes, but i see no modules in the file, 0 modules. I must have made a mistake somewhere, can you advise?

You probably missed some files when you upload, go to the previous page of this topic and you will see an attached file, download and upload the whole package again.

Thank you! The file that was missing, for anyone else who's had this problem, is:

admin/includes/templates/js/dynamic_input_field.js

Hi guys.
I just installed this mod and when i put things on to cross sell it isnt showing up on the product page but all looks well in the admin area.
Have i missed something?
