problem solved, I was missing a css file!
Incase anyone seems to have the same issue I have, I had to change the code to rem out the float line.
Original:
TEXTAREA {
float: left;
margin: auto;
display: block;
width: 95%;
}
Updated:
TEXTAREA {
/* float: left;*/
margin: auto;
display: block;
width: 95%;
}

Once again thanks for a great template.

Hi!
I have been using Sophy Blue-Grey for awhile now- I love it. Somehow I have a white line under my logo wrapper and above my categories (for lack of a better description) and underneath my main page ~ above and below the legal footer. Obviously it's a stylesheet thing but I'm not sure how to separate these items. When I use fire bug to chage my logowrapper to 1 px (so I can see under it) I can't figure out where the white box is coming from.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Hi
I have just reverted back to the Sophyblue template and have it all looking good but believe the problem I have may be down to Image handler. I have added the jscript folder to includes/templates/sophyblue but if you click on an image the whole site "jumps" down about 2 inches leaving a gap at the top of the page. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
I sorted it - I had not done the following -
If you use a custom template, copy the contents of
includes/templates/template_custom into your custom template’s folder. If you
have modified any of the files located in this contribution's
includes/templates/template_custom folder, you need to merge these files
(popup_image_additional/tpl_main_page.php in particular) with those of your
custom template.
Hope this might help someone else
Yes, is an IH2 issue (not a bug though).
But your solution is not quite what you need. You are missing a folder you need to upload to your custom template's folder. The folder you are probably mssing is "jscript".
Have fun!
Ideas Girl,
No problems I can't solve (YET!), just wanted to compliment you on, and thank you for, your gorgeous template. I'll buy you a cup of coffee soon as I make my first sale.
Unfortunately blue does not fit my color scheme for my company so I've heavily modified it. Hope you don't mind. While I'm not quite live yet, thought you might be interested in seeing what I've done with your work.

Thanks again, so very much.

Hi,
I'm new to Zen and have been in the process of creating a new store.
I just started adding products because I thought I was there with the layout, and noticed that I have a white stripe between the header Login, search bar, and the header logo.
:oops:
I have searched and searched my admin files but just cannot see what I have adjusted to get this white line. Could someone please help me to get this back to default please?
Also, I would like my share/bookmark button on the same line as the breadcrumb but right aligned.
I would ideally like it in the background image as opposed to on the white so that the main page rises up slightly and that the bookmark button does not seem "heavy" as it does now.
I would like to say a big thank you to Ideas Girl for the template too, I have tried a few others, but this one is perfect for what I need :clap:
Is it possible to give a link? I don't quite understand you issue, maybe seeing it will give me a better idea.
:oops:
That usually helps!
http://www.mythsngifts.com
Go easy on me, its my first time! :blush:
To solve this go to your CSS and around line 261 you have:Quote:
I have a white stripe between the header Login, search bar, and the header logo
Change the height: 40px to height: 35pxPHP Code:
#navMainWrapper {
background-image: url(../images/bar2.gif);
background-repeat: repeat-x;
font-weight: bold;
font-size: 10px;
height: 40px;
color: #445A6A;
vertical-align: middle;
padding-left: 3px;
}
I suggest not to do that because the breadcrumb should stay by it's own on that line. To right align it just use the HTML editor.Quote:
I would like my share/bookmark button on the same line as the breadcrumb but right aligned.
Not sure how you can accomplish that.Quote:

ooooh thank you for your prompt reply and help! :cool:
I had a feeling the gap was to do with "wrappers", I just couldnt think where to find it - once I was pointed in the right direction, it was pretty quick to change over - although I did do 30px as opposed to 35 cos there was still a thin white line at 35px!
I am so totally new to this and appreciate your comments about adding to the breadcrumb line. I put the code for the bookmark button in to my files manually, if I put it on html in admin, it won't appear on every page will it? I will have to give that a rethink :unsure:
I guess my priority now if focusing on getting some products in my shop, cos it all appears to work fine at the minute.
Thank you again for all your help, Im sure Ill be back soon enough though!! :lookaroun
No, it won't. :lookarounQuote:
if I put it on html in admin, it won't appear on every page will it?
Just to let you know, I took it off the main html and put it in one of the sideboxes for now. It looks much better. I will continue putting some more products on before I decide to make any more changes :laugh:
Thank you for your help, just loving learning zen :bigups:
Outstanding Graphics...Thanks for all of your hard work!
I have a question about the tab in my Firefox browser that says HOME_PAGE_TITLE. I did a search for the string and came up empty handed. Where do I edit that copy?http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/images/smilies/unsure.gif

I have applied this template to my site and I really like the way it is working out but I have 2 things I am having a problem working out.....
Can the images at the bottom, "Tell a Friend" and "Review" have the background changed? I changed the background on the free shipping icon to match the rest but I cannot find these two. If they are just images with white backgrounds then I will have to get rid of those....
Also, I have been searching for a way to add a 1px border around the entire product info, images and all. I want to make it a bit neater. Help with this would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!
http://www.polishpotterystore.com/sh...&products_id=7
Those buttons were created with the content wrapper white background in mind (not the background of the page).
If you don't want the white background you will need to create your own buttons with transparent surroundings.
after playing with it some more I realized I would have to replace the buttons completely. Can you advise on how to add a 1px border around my product info? I want it below the title, but to include the rest of info all the way to add a cart and free shipping.
Hey all,
First of all thank you for the template! I modified the template a little for my wifes gift basket site at http://www.monumentalgiftbaskets.com. :cool:
Here's my question, the site is still in its infancy. I am using statcounter and I noticed that someone navigated to our site via MSN, searching keywords monumental gift baskets. Rather strange, but I did a search just to see, of course we are number one.
Here's the rub, the description reads as follows : "HOME_PAGE_META_DESCRIPTION ... Monumental Gift Baskets. Impress that special someone with a themed gift basket." Notice the "HOME_PA..." section? Did I set something wrong in our Meta_Tags.php? Any ideas are much appreciated!
Version: 1.3.8a
Matt
First of all the "Themed Gift Basket" is incorrect since is themed by IDEAS.
I don't understand what you are sayins since your store is Monumental Gift Baskets even the domain is that. So you are saying that you don't want people to find you using your name as keyword?
Sorry...I'm not sure where I messed up there.
"Themed Gift Baskets" is the set of Keywords I am using on our site for SEO. When I went to MSN and punched our site into the search "Monumental Gift Baskets" our site showed up on the results. Here is what MSN posted for the results...
Monumental Gift Baskets
HOME_PAGE_META_DESCRIPTION ... Monumental Gift Baskets. Impress that special someone with a themed gift basket.
* monumentalgiftbaskets.com * · Cached page
Notice the first part of my search results shows [HOME_PAGE_META_DESCRIPTION].
Why would the search engine pick-up on [HOME_PAGE....] as keywords? I thought that the template was designed to use a definition and that would direct the SE to [Meta_Tags.php]? I've edited both meta_tags pages, so I'm a little lost.
I hope I explained it properly. :yes:
Thanks
Shouldn't be on the footer. You are saying that the theme of the site was made by "Gift Baskets". This is not the proper way to do SEO.Quote:
"Themed Gift Baskets" is the set of Keywords I am using on our site for SEO.
Your metatags look this way, that's why:Quote:

I do not claim to be an SEO expert and I will fix my footer. But this is a listing of my meta_tags.php from both locations. The upper one clearly defines description and keywords as is requested on the main page. So my question would be why the front page is not pulling the info properly?
Just focus your atention to this directory:
includes/languages/english/sophyblue/
Did you check the header code? Just in case is not the old code.
Ok, I fixed it. Basically, both meta tag files contained different information in each. I went through and made sure both files had all the info from each other. After I did this the keywords and description showed. Thanks for the shove in the right direction.
Ideas Girl;
A few questions ... for one, I don't have any text at the bottom that indicates that you designed the template from which I modified my store. Where was that info? Where do you prefer it to go?
My second question is regarding the missing "information.php" file (at least it seems to be missing). I'll show you a screenshot:
http://store.behaviorresearchcompany..._sophyblue.gif
or http://tinyurl.com/b6ud24
The site is temporarily up at http://store.behaviorresearchcompany.com/
Also, what are the mods that I have to deal with because it was developed for 1.3.6? Is there a turorial somewhere? I've tried to read through this thread, but it is incredibly difficult to read the whole thing.
Thank you so much. It really was a great template from which to work!
S
Just upload the folder of languages included with your template and you are done.Quote:

It's not missinig. On the contrary, a custom sidebox for "information" was created.Quote:

No, there were minimum changes made to the template structure from 1.3.6 to 1.3.8 that you probably can pickup on the forums with the log changes from version to version.Quote:

Hello,
I've installed this beautiful template and am trying to get it all set up, I've been trying to locate the file to change the site title. Thought I found it but the text that is showing in the file isn't what is showing on the site.
I'm looking in: /public_html/includes/languages/english/sophyblue/meta_tags.php
Under Page Title, I have what I want there but it's not showing up in the browser title bar when you bring the site up. It's still showing, "HOME_PAGE_TITLE-Windows Internet Explorer".
Can someone help me find the correct area?
Thanks
Jim
Hi Jim,
This template was made for 1.3.7 and that particular area changed on 1.3.8. This is the correct process to do what you want:
-from FTP browser go to
/includes/languages/english/sophyblue/ (computer)
/public_html/includes/languages/english/ (server)
-from the server download:
header.php
index.php
meta_tags.php
Those are the 3 main pages you have to make changes to. The one for the title is the meta_tags.php.
-after making the changes as you want them, upload all of them to:
/public_html/includes/languages/english/sophyblue/
That should work... Have fun!
The left column box title "New Products [MORE]" is scrolling off the header of that box. Is there a way to fix this? I sized the left column to 175px so the bottom of the box would line up properly. I would like to show this box but I don't like how the text is not fitting on the column header.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Can you give me a link?
Hi,
I have installed your template on my cart and for some reason the top horizontal row of categories does not wrap - it just keeps going off the screen. I've looked at the #navMainWrapper and set it to 844px wide, but it still won't wrap in IE. It looks fine in Firefox, and it will wrap on the Classic template. I don't know what I am doing wrong - the CSS coding looks very similar to the classic so I don't know why it won't wrap. You can see what I'm talking about here: http://craftesite.com/zencart/index.php?main_page=
That's not the line that manages that area of the template.Quote:
I've looked at the #navMainWrapper and set it to 844px wide, but it still won't wrap in IE
You should go around line 293:
Change it to:PHP Code:
#navMain ul li, #navSupp ul li, #navCatTabs ul li {
display: inline;
white-space: nowrap;
}
This start I belief with IE8 but didn't happen before.PHP Code:
#navMain ul li {
display: inline;
white-space: nowrap;
}
#navSupp ul li, #navCatTabs ul li {
display: inline;
}
Here's a few posts regarding the sidebox headers with links in 'em that might be of some help..
The first link below deals with how to remove these sidebox header links altogether..
The second link below in particular deals specifically with why the font size of the hyperlinked sidebox headers are so much larger than the font size of the rest of your sideboxes headers (and yep you guessed it.. it's a CSS fix..:smile:)
Hope this helps..

You are awesome! Your fix worked. Thanks for the help and for sharing your template!!
Hi, I'm new to Zen Cart and html programming in general so please be patient with me. I've downloaded the sophy blue template (Very nice, by the way!) and am customizing it for my store. I'm currently having trouble editing the header. My store name shows up as expected, but I was hoping to give it a larger font size. Or, I would also consider putting my own logo in place and replacing the Zen-Cart logo. I've been looking for a while now and just not confident that I can make the changes without seriously screwing something up. Can someone please point me to the right files and help me understand how to modify them properly? Can this all be done from the admin control panel or do I need to modify the code? Thanks in advance!
Thanks for the compliments!
Sophy Blue was designed for 1.3.6 ZC series, so there are some files on languages that changed a bit.
All the changes are done on the code and not from admin. Only the width setting is done from admin.
The logo file is in the template images folder.
Everything that is within language is in the languages folder
includes/languages/english/sophyblue
Take a copy of the file you want to do the changes to, into your hard disk, and upload the changed file to your template override (the one mentioned above).
That should do the trick. For more detail explanation, visit the Tutorial FAQ link on the top of the page.
OK. Thanks for the help. I found the logo file and I'll just replace it with one of my own.
I also looked in the language folder under header and found where my store name is listed. But, I don't see anywhere that I can change the font size or style. Is that something I can mess with? If not, I can just leave it blank and put my logo in place.
Last question. The overall width from the header on down. Can that be changed? I saw how to change the left and right columns, but the overall size stayed the same. Can I make the whole thing wider? Just wondering. Thanks so much for the support and fast response!
All the fonts are controlled by the CSS, look into your template folder. You can play with it but always keep a clean backup in case you mess up something.
The widths can be changed but you will have to edit the images too for them to fit properly.
OK. So I'm almost all set. I made a new logo and replaced the existing Zen Cart logo. Now I'm trying to find where I can modify the position within the banner. Can you tell me which file I can play with in order to modify that position?
Thanks.
There are few different positions for banners. For more information go here: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=80
I guess I wasn't very clear with my last question. I replaced the Zen Cart logo with my own. The current position on the screen (same as the zen-cart logo was) is within the header (file name header.gif) and on the far left side. I was hoping to move the logo to a centered position within the header graphic. Is there a place in the code where I can specify that I want my logo to be in the center rather than on the left side?
Sorry to be a pain. If I can't do this, it won't be the end of the world.
Thanks.
That is controlled from the CSS as well.
I may have missed it in all the pages about this template (very good by the way). I am using the latest zencart 1.3.8 and I have a mis-alignment with the bottom of the window boxes(?) in the left hand column they are out to the left and in the right hand column they are out to the right. I have set the columns to 175.
Sorry should have read what I put. Extra info.
Using Opera 10.10, Safari and IE 8 they all show the same
Did you change the boxes width as well?Quote:
I have set the columns to 175.
Thanks for the info. It was my fault :cry:
Have you been able to sort out the middle column? IE makingit bigger (wider)
I don't understand your question.... :unsure:
The main area where all the wording does middle column display area (I have not got the correct name for this area) have you been able to expand it so that when the shop is opened instead of the shop being a fixed size it changes with the screen resolution (or words to that affect)?
This is not a fluid template and was designed when 800x600 resolution was in use. In order to change its width, you have to make changes to the design and to the CSS to fit your needs and preferences.
Thank for the info. I will have a play to see if I can make it fluid by using some JavaScript coding or similar.
Again thanks :clap:
I have used your template.
Works a treat except for one thing - the tabbed page displays "HOME_PAGE_TITLE" as the page title.
Where is this page so I can change it to my description.
I can view the source of the page in IE but it doesn't tell where the page is or what it is.
Help
Words in all caps are language file issues. Check to be sure all the language files got uploaded properly.
This template was created for v1.3 and there were some changes on v1.3.7 on the metatags. Go to your languages files and do the correct changes. I believe I've talked about this before in this thread, try to do a search within the thread to see the especific instructions.
I love this template, and had no trouble installing it :clap:
I have one little display problem I can't figure out...
ONLY on Internet Explorer, there is a missing little logo/picture on the top left of the header. On firefox it does not show anything, but on IE (I tried several different version) it shows the little missing picture red "x".
Looking at the property of the picture, it tell me it's 28 x 30 pixels, if that is any clue?
I'd really love to get rid of this, but can't seem to find where it comes from, or which file it's calling.
You can see the page here: tabletennisshop . com . au
Any ideas?
Thanks a lot!
I see everything just fine. Did you fix it?
Are you going to leave it like that? I can't help you if I don't know the details... :mellow:
Another little questions, if you don't mind?
I'm trying to change the position of the image within a product listing. i'd like it to be on the right instead of the left.
When I go to:
Configuration > All Listing > Display Product Image and change the value to 2100 it does not move the image to the right.
Is this related to the theme?
No, I don't mind questions.
Maybe you should try this:
http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=485
That will put you in the right track. Now remember that this template is very old and not sure if it will work 100% (I don't see why it wouldn't but you never know). :unsure:
Thank you, I will try that!
So the method above does not work, coz the template modified the code?
Yes, it should work because you are working on the product page template and not the css. If you have changed your tpl_product_info_display.php then be sure to compare the module file towards the one you have.
I'm pretty happy with the look of my shop now, and want to thank you again for your great template, and help you've given! :clap:
My shop is now live, what do you think?
http://tabletennisshop.com.au
Might need a little more tweaking with the graphics perhaps, but does every seem in logical positions, and easy to read and navigate?
Hi there, first of all thanks for your compliments. Right now I'm working on an upgrade for this template so stay tuned to get it. It's just simple things like new width and some changes that came on 1.3.7 (since the template was designed for 1.3.6)
The only thing I see wrong or bad is the color red on the specials box, it just hurt the eyes. Change it maybe to a better contrast color like light blue.
It's my personal preference to just leave 3 items on the center boxes, but that IT'S JUST ME, I think 3 is enough. I don't like to bombard the customer with too much stuff on frontpage.
WOW! Almost 400 products, you have definitely been working. :ohmy:
If you want more reviews, please submit your site to "Reviewers Corner".
Never mind, I found it :blush: A darker blue seemed to work better, since this text is also displayed elsewhere with a white background. It sure looks better than red :yes:
Great to hear you're working on an upgrade! :clap:
Have you had any thoughts about making this a template that stretches to your screen size? I've had a few comments from people that they like the look of my site, but hate the bars on either side of the screen :shocking:
I have no idea how much work that would involve, but I'm sure you'd end up with an awesome template!
Yes and no. It is going to be wider but not liquid.
Yes wider is a good idea, I've made mine wider too. As virtually everyone gets higher resolution screen these days since they are so cheap, there little point trying to make a fixed width of less than 1024px IMO. Liquid is too much work?
BTW I've just noticed the "Sophy Blue-Grey" template, do you have a demo site for this one?
Yes, it would need different cut and coding.Quote:
Liquid is too much work?
It's just the same but with gray background. Here's someone using it: spewa.deQuote:

Fair enough!
Thanks for the link, the grey looks quite nice too!
I am trying to put a vertical space between images in the shopping cart section.
http://prairiedogcentralrailway.com/...index&cPath=91
I am using Zencart version 1.3.8a
I used Firebug and made temporary changes to the HTML and it worked for me. In the table entry I changed cellpadding from 0 to 8.
I changed includes/templates/sophyblue/css/stylesheet.css as follows:
before:
#cartImage {
margin: 0.5em 1em;
}
after:
#cartImage {
margin: 0.5em 1em 5em 5em;
}
and it did not work.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
Keith Bradley
:lamo:
Do you want to create the space on the shopping cart section OR the product listing?
You mentioned shopping cart but your link takes me to product listing.
If it is product listing, then try adding to your stylesheet:
Use your preferred amount for padding.Code:#productListing IMG {
padding: 5px;
}
Thanks for the help :clap:

I now have spaces in between my images.
I like your template.
Do you have one which is "old-looking"?
I am looking for a template suitable for a vintage railway for a reservation system next year.
Thanks
Keith Bradley
I think "The Bookshelf" can serve that purpose if you twist it a bit. Maybe later I will do one, Ive played with the idea of making one vintage and one urban/ghetto as well; just regular business haven't given me the time. :sleepy:Quote:

Also PicaflorAzul has one that can get that look as well.
Hi Ideasgirl
I'm just adding a new install to my new website after having used your template for some years now
I have a couple of quick questions to ask
When i view in IE I have a missing image icon in the header and when clicked it takes me back to the index page of the store (chrislinacre .co.uk/studio)
What I would like to do is make that link go right back to ...co.uk and i would like to work out which folder that image should be in (and what size)
thanks once again for your help :smile:
I have half solved this - I had // the line that called for the zc-logo.jpg file which firefox was happy with but IE disliked - now deleted the // and the extra image is showing in my header
I am really stuck on which file calls for this extra image and link in my header- I would be happy for the image and the link to be not there at all :blink:
Hi Chris,
I don't know what you mean about the "extra image" so I can't help you there.
To make that link go to the main page, just edit the file:
common/header.php
Around line 47 you should find the code to make the correct link.
Thanks - I managed to change the link - just need to make a new file for zc-logo.jog and it shud be just grand
You are a star x
An update of Sophy Blue has been submitted and approved. It's ready for you to download here:
http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=184
For some weird reason there's a part on that page that I didn't write and I don't know where is coming from, is not valid. Please ignore the following:
Another weird thing on this update is that the updated description is under the old one. :blink:Code:You may see it live at: http://www.ohku.com/store (this will be temporarly).
Anyhow, it's ready, and it's waiting to be downloaded. If you are one of the thousands that downloaded this template and still using it, you can download the updated and upgraded version and install in your site.
Hope you like it.
This was only to mark the new template version thread title (I forgot on previous post).
Thank you for this wonderful template !!!
Love the template, except I'm having a problem with text boxes. When you click on any text boxes in order to enter text (search, name, address, etc), the cursor starts outside of the box to the left (and is invisible). As you type into the box, the cursor moves to the right, but it stays 2 to 3 characters to the left of the end of what you've typed. I thought maybe something didn't install correctly, so I reinstalled...no help. Please tell me how to fix my site: https://www.brewbrothers.biz/brewcart/
Also, how do I make it so you can read all of "Search" on the search button? You'll see what I mean when you look at the site.
Thanks!
Jay
The cursor going out of the box looks like is an IE bug since I can't see it on FF, Safari, nor Chrome and I really don't know how to fix it.
For the button issue please do the following:
You will have to grab a copy of this file:
includes/templates/template_default/sideboxes/tpl_search_header.php
And make a copy into:
includes/templates/sophyblue/sideboxes/
Change the following:
For:PHP Code:
$content .= zen_draw_input_field('keyword', '', 'size="6" maxlength="30" style="width: 100px" value="' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '" onfocus="if (this.value == \'' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '\') this.value = \'\';" onblur="if (this.value == \'\') this.value = \'' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '\';"') . ' ' . zen_image_submit (BUTTON_IMAGE_SEARCH,HEADER_SEARCH_BUTTON);
} else {
$content .= zen_draw_input_field('keyword', '', 'size="6" maxlength="30" style="width: 100px" value="' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '" onfocus="if (this.value == \'' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '\') this.value = \'\';" onblur="if (this.value == \'\') this.value = \'' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '\';"') . ' <input type="submit" value="' . HEADER_SEARCH_BUTTON . '" style="width: 45px" />';
}
Hope that helps.PHP Code:
$content .= zen_draw_input_field('keyword', '', 'size="10" maxlength="30" style="width: 100px" value="' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '" onfocus="if (this.value == \'' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '\') this.value = \'\';" onblur="if (this.value == \'\') this.value = \'' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '\';"') . ' ' . zen_image_submit (BUTTON_IMAGE_SEARCH,HEADER_SEARCH_BUTTON);
} else {
$content .= zen_draw_input_field('keyword', '', 'size="10" maxlength="30" style="width: 100px" value="' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '" onfocus="if (this.value == \'' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '\') this.value = \'\';" onblur="if (this.value == \'\') this.value = \'' . HEADER_SEARCH_DEFAULT_TEXT . '\';"') . ' <input type="submit" value="' . HEADER_SEARCH_BUTTON . '" style="width: 55px" />';
}
Thanks. I fixed the button issue by putting "Seek" on the button instead of "Search".
With regard to the cursor issue in text input boxes, I've gone to other sites using this template with IE, and I don't have the same problem I'm having on my site.
Alas, really like the color scheme, buttons, et all, but the new site has been up about just over 24 hours now, and we already have a bunch of e-mails from folks telling us the text entry boxes are messed up...arrgh.
Jay
Yes, but it will depend on what IE version because yesterday I look into my sandbox and it did happen to me on IE (using v8) it might be the dropdown shadow since IE doesn't handle it very well.Quote:

A suggestion: Take off that search and leave the sidebox search, you do have the space to have it on the side and it's even better since you have the "advance search" link too.
Thanks for your compliments... you did a great job customizing it.
Best,
BTW: In reality your site is not "Powered by Fermentation" is powered by Zen Cart.
I have the same problem with the text boxes and the cursor which there was a fix for it.
sorry that should of said wish there was a fix not which there was a fix.
Ok, I'll see if I can track and kill this little bug this week. :flex:
okay I removed this section from the css stylesheet and it now works in IE8. cursor is inside the box
/* For IE 5.5 - 7 */
filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Shadow(Strength=10, Direction=90, Color='#000000')
filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Shadow(Strength=10, Direction=-90, Color='#000000')
filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Shadow(Strength=10, Direction=180, Color='#000000')
filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Shadow(Strength=10, Direction=120, Color='#000000');
Can you tell me how to change the colors on the side boxes???
Yes, like I mentioned before it probably had to do with the shadows since IE doesn't manage them very well. That's a temp solution if you don't mind not having the dropshadows of the wrapper. If you really want them, I will find a fix to it (if there's any).
The sideboxes color can't be changed by css you will have to change the color with a graphic editor if you have one.
having a devil of a time trying to get my right hand side bars aligned. text is off, and graphics do not align. any ideas what i am doing wrong?
see www.iwantagoodprice.com
Well alibaba, it looks like you changed the width of the main wrapper container. For that its needed to change some other areas of the css and make some changes to the design of the header.
Was that your intention?
you are right, i changed the main wrapper to 95% as i prefereed to have as much center space for the image and description of products. so a bit lost on how to fix the right section.
I used a different templat on another site i have www.betterbuynow.com and did not have the same issue.
any help on what section, lines i should change to correct this would be very welcome
