Yes, sorry, that was not very clear... After getting orders, I very often have customers calling to ask me to remove one of the products from their order, or add some. So I guess this option is not available. I modified the 1.x version of SO with an old "Edit Order" contrib, and this is working not too badly, perhaps because I do not use taxes nor shipping fees...

I would be so happy with this functionality!

As I said, I adapted SO with some code lines of an old Edit Orders contrib. But this is not perfect, and if you check the topic related to Edit Orders, you will see that there are several problems related for example to taxes and shipping fees...

@Dogtags, I started with the edit order contrib, and eventually coded out of it due to the issues sanji is describing. I dumped the actual product editing for these reasons and kept all the other stuff. I know that someone has kept this mod alive, but as far as I know nothing has been done to address these tax and attribute issues.

The next version of SO has the ability to perform returns and exchanges, which should (slightly) address this issue. You won't be able to edit an existing product, but you can replace it with the same product and alter the qty, tax, attributes, etc.

We started using Super Orders in December and it's very good indeed. But there is one thing we'd like to do which it doesn't seem to (but we could be wrong) - that is print the shipping label for many customers/orders onto a label sheet with 16 labels on (8x2).

Does anyone know if this is possible with Super Orders or if not can you point me in the right direction.

The shipping label mod was simply an easy add-on. It should still be available in stand-alone format in the downloads section, in fact. There's nothing fancy there, so you could modify it to print in a label sheets format. If you do, be sure to let me know, and I'll add your functionality into Super Orders for all to enjoy.

However, that seems like a pretty common need. It wouldn't surprise me if you could find a PHP-based project somewhere that does exactly what you're looking for. Then all you'd need to do is modify it to sit in the admin and look at Zen Cart order data.

I confirm the PayPal refund button doesn't work. :blink: I just tried several times to no avail. I finally corrected the original orders link and did the refund with no problems through the orig. ZenCart order screen. Too bad.

I really do like the mod though. I'm anxious to become more familiar with it so I can use it efficiently. Thanks a bunch, Frank...

The refund button was never intended to work int he manner you are envisioning. Payments in the Super Orders system are for internal tracking purposes only; they do not tie into the payment modules used at checkout in any way. The payment data is reviewed at checkout to determine what payment lines should be created. After that the SO payments are stand-alone.

Obviously I've thought about integrating with payment modules, but that's a ridiculously huge undertaking. And with an new version on the horizon that promises to bring such functionality to the admin at large, I'm content to wait.

On Mac OS X for Safari and FireFox the batch printing uses frames doesn't work and is the incorrect solution.

The correct solution is to use a different CSS styles sheet for printing adding a pagebreak between orders.

You do this and we can create pdf files from our print dialog. This is also the correct way to implement this functionality
