I am happy that you are using the template for your website.

Go to admin--tools--layout boxes controller. Find the currencies_header.php box and click on the "greeen e". Select off for "Left/Right Column Status:". Repeat for languages_header.php box.

Not sure what you mean here, but if you want to remove the text-transform:lowercase, you can find it in the stylesheet.css file:

I am seeing "Food Supplements For Better Health". If you want to change this to something else, please follow the detailed instructions in the readme.html file that is included in the template package. There is even a link to a video tutorial.

Hello, when i add new multiple images they only show as thumbnails, but when i click on them to maximize they all show the main product image and not the thumbnail image.
i've been having this problem with only the new added products and i didn't change any settings to cause this problem.

This is not a problem with the template. See the template demo here for products with multiple images working correctly:

All Business Free Zen Cart Template Demo

I would recommend backtracking to determine at which point your additional image functionality broke. It looks like you have made a lot of modifications to the template.

The html area was removed in zen cart version 1.5. It has nothing to do with the template ;-)

If the module is stable and you have installed it correctly (file merges might be necessary) it will work with the template.

Have not started the work to merge the files, just want to know if anyone have tested it, no use for anyone else to start the work if its not compatible with all business:)

I can't think of any reason why the template files would cause any problems with any modules if they are stable and installed correctly.

:ohmy:First off I want to say I love your templates, they're excellently crafted! I've heavily customized All Business for a ZC 1.3.9h webstore I'm building for a client and everything was coming along until I just made this OOPS today:

All I wanted to do was change the "Log In" text in the custom header links to "Log-In/Register." I found link definitions in /includes/languages/english/all_business/header.php and made the edit. Well, I didn't backup the header.php on the server because I didn't ever edit that file before (or at least I thought I hadn't, and I didn't have any other copies of that file in my working files) so I figured I'd just re-upload the original if the change didn't work. Well, here's the URL of the store:

The only links I want in the header are the line of blue links in the upper right. How do I get rid of the login box, tagline, etc. that have now appeared? I didn't change anything else but the header.php language file in the template override. I'm feeling pretty sheepish right now. :blush:

I would recommend replacing the header.php file with the one from a fresh download of the template package.

I cannot figure out how to alter the layout of the product boxes on the front page (featured, new, special product boxes). They don't take the same formatting as the columnar display of the product listings. What I want to do is move the images to the top, with the product titles below them, and change the alignment of the price.

I'm using All Business 1.4 on ZC 1.3.9h.

This is not a template related question. This is a general zen cart question. I don't believe that there are any admin controls for this. You would have to edit the php files and/or use css.

I figured you changed that layout in the theme because the default Zen Cart puts the pics at the top, I just cannot figure out where that layout is controlled.

Hello. I thank you for providing great looking free templates for Zen Cart. I am using the All Business and I have a problem I just can't seem to find the solution. I don't even know if it's a template css problem or something else. Basically, I installed Fual Slimbox lightbox and the problem I am having is that the 2 additional images are smaller than the first one. I am trying to make the other 2 images match the first image. Somehow the other 2 images are getting resized to 53 px wide and 80 px height. And the other 2 images are showing up 1 line down from the main image in Opera and Explorer browswers. In Firefox, they show up on the same line as the first (main) image.
I'm selling big/tall men's clothing and I would like to use all 3 images of a particular jean.

When I'm in Opera and I select 'Inspect Element' it shows the code. Here is where the problem is:

If I change the table width to 10% and delete the align totally, the other 2 pictures line up right next the the first picture, while keeping the description content aligned correctly which is what I want.

Thanks for the reply. I did figure out how to change the table width and alignment by using the Developers Tool Kit in the Admin panel. I typed in the div id tag and had it search my pages.
I'm just beginning to build my store/site. Here is the direct url to the only product I have listed so far.

This is how I would like it to look. As you can see, the 2 other thumbnails are smaller then the first or 'main' one. I would like them to be all equal size and alignment the same. Discount Coupon
Gift Certificate FAQ

from the Information / customer service section.

I turned them off in
Configuration>Define pages status

They disappear in the sidebox information, but still remain in footer menu.

That's becasue the first image is the main product image and the other two are additional images. You will have to go to admin--configuraiton--images and make the size of the addtiional images tha same as the main product image.

I am not sure what you are asking here. If you want it to be bold or indented then add the appropriate styles to the stylesheet.

Anne, you have to see it during checkout. Why I took the pic.

I guess you could login, put something in the cart and get to the confirmation page...in Chrome.

On the other hand, perhaps this is a minor issue I can live with.

Since you only have paypal as a payment option on the site I can not get to the order confirmation page, so this fix is only a guess.

Create a new file called includes/templates/all_business/css/checkout_success.css and add this:

Thanks for an awesome template, but i have a little problem.
I have a dhtml menu .js file with a code i need to use on the header.
For some reason, even if it loads the stmenu.js file (put it in jscript and renamed) it still won't show up.
Any of you guys have an idea on how to use sothink dhtml menu menus on your template?

Thanks for your help with my other problem. It's nice and very appreciated to have you and others to help us who are having problems. I have a problem, and I'm quite stumped. I changed the checkout text in my header from text to a button. No problems, I edited the style sheet, it's right where I want it. Same with the cart icon. I did edit the header.php file in the includes/languages/english/all_business/header.php to this:

I've enclosed to 2 screen shots of my header, 1 when a customer is logged off, and another when a customer is logged in. The header renders fine, like I want it to look, no problem if you're not logged in. As soon as you log in, the text stretches over to the left and across my logo. Here is the 2 shots:

If someone ever get to this page and need any help with dhtml menu (sothink) please PM for a little more complete solution description..
In short, I have used the "resources folder" option in sothink, this way i can just place all the necessary scripts in a folder, and it loads it by demand, no need to change names, put in jscript etc. although it might work that way as well..

This is happening because when a customer is logged in 2 additional links pop into the menu, the log off link and my account link. You need to take this spacing into account when designing that top menu ;-)

In short, I have used the "resources folder" option in sothink, this way i can just place all the necessary scripts in a folder, and it loads it by demand, no need to change names, put in jscript etc. although it might work that way as well..

The All Business template released 11 Nov 2011 can be used for zencart 1.3.9h or not? Because i am currently using all business 1.1 and i am shock because there are so many version after that..

Fantastic template, and I don't want to make any changes.

I've downloaded v1.5 onto my laptop (local server) and have installed all the php files from your download following the directions attached.

However, as it's many years since I last installed a template, do I also have to load the JScript files and CSS files, and if so, where to?

I have done every other step in your setup guidelines, have these files left over... and have my login and checkout pages missing so am wondering if this is why...

I think that you are talking about the readme css and js files. These will not be uploaded to your server.

Your checkout problems are not template related, but related to some other modification.

Yes, I am talking about those files... am I suppose to load them as scripts in any form as I've not been able to use the software you mention to upload the files as it's all on my laptop, not online.

I didn't do any other modifications - Brand new clean install of 1.5 followed directly by this template.

I'm also playing with it on a copy of my old 1.3 site with a 1.3.9 install... the video part isn't working so will read through this thread from the beginning to seek the code changes... wish me luck, this is not my forte!
However, after reading your feedback to people about not being able to see what they are referring to, this 1.3.9 upload (via Cpanel Fantastico's latest version) is tacked onto the backend of my website so at least I can get people to inspect it for me and tell me where and how I've stuffed up....

Not sure if its the crappy machine at school or not, but when I look at the Ashley Pink template in IE 8, I do not see the light pink background, nor do I see the flower type design up in the header. In FF I see them perfect. Is this an IE issue, or possible computer/setting problem? I even looked at the demo site and I see the same issues that I see with my site. Thoughts? Thanks!

That happened to one of our sites, when my sister added extra text somewhere in the pink area; that and when added to cart everything pushed things down. It looks like you have some search mod stuck in there?

As for the login being squeezed, don't know if above problem is affecting that. Does it look better if you do not have a split login, since you're using a right column?

Your site does not look like the demo or how it should as the template was built. All of Picaflor's templates work nicely and one should first assume that the problem is on their end.

PS: One other thing. IE "compatability view" can do some strange things to templates. I cannot look at your site in compatability view, as if it were already turned on. So I'm wondering if you "built" your site while in IE compatability view or not....

I am now able to switch to IE's "compatability view." That actually pushes the search stuff back up in to the Pink header bar, mostly. Your mod or whatever it is still isn't perfect and makes things too crowded there. One can never know what view their IE customers will be in, but my theory is that most will not be in compatability view.

Split Login: go to admin/configuration/layout settings. Second from bottom. If it's set to "true" try "false" and see if things look better.

Yes, mods can mess things up if one isn't careful. In your case, it looks like you have a "search" mod in the pink search area without enough room for everything.

Also, if you're using IE, try seeing the site in compatability view or no compatability view. Should be under Tools on browser menu bar.

The problems are probaby due to some customization they have made. As I have said, the template has been cross browser tested in firefox, ie9, ie8, ie7, chrome and safari and has no problems out of the box.

If you make changes to the templates you will have to do cross browser testing again and fix any issues that have been caused by the customizations or addon, etc.

Hello. I am a new Zen cart user and currently know nothing about php programming. I installed the All Business template on my rented server space which uses UNIX, and I was getting the shopping cart header line with "Shopping Cart - count_contents();?> item(s) - format($_SESSION['cart']->show_total());?>" on my store's home page.

I did a little researching and found that other people said it was a server problem, but I looked at the line (line 59) in /includes/templates/all_business/common/tpl_header.php and noticed that everywhere else in that area of the file, there was a "php" after the <? when things were being echoed on the screen, except for the two places where the text showed in the header on my store. I added the text "php" at those two spots, saved the file, and now things look fine.

Is that the fix for this problem? Like I said I know nothing about php programming and don't want to cause problems with the way the Zen Cart operates.

I have read the threads. My hosting company uses BSD UNIX. I didn't think they needed WAMP or XAMP.

Anyway, it's a lot more easy for me to change one line in two spots in the template than to get my provider to change their server configuration. BTW, after I changed that one line in the two spots the template seems to be working fine with those two changes, so I would say it was a template problem in my case that is now corrected. I would advise anybody else having problems to try this non template problem template change.

No, the problem is not with the template, it is with the server. Also, if the server is problematic there is no telling what other problems will crop up. I would follwo Dr. Bytes advice and switch to xamp. After all, he really is the expert.

i am having an issue with this template i uploaded it and all but when i go to pick out the template in the drop-down menu it doesn't appear all that appears is the original one.

Please, it is important you let us know which version of IE you are using - I need more detail.
In IE8 using Compatibility View, the search input area is incorrect - it overlaps your NAV BAR. However, I saw no issues regarding misaligned boxes. It looks OK in FF.Attachment 10584
