Rename Information Sidebox pages?

Thanks in advance. I had entered Conditions Of Use info on the appropriate page, but for some reason, the client wants it called "Policies" instead.

I created an EZ Page called Policies, but it doesn't show under Information, it shows under Important Links (which I have renamed Company Info). But the client wants it in Information, which makes sense.

My question is, how can I rename the Conditions Of Use page to Policies? OR, I also notice that in Configuration/Define Page Status there are Define Page 2,3, and 4. Can I rename these instead? If so, how?

If I can do that, the problem will be solved.

Just rename the stock page in english.php
