Yeah, I have issues with them before. If I call them to try to trouble shoot... any suggestions on what may have changed on their end that would cause this?
When I logged into the Cpanel on GD it says the DNS manager is temporarily unavailable and they have a message stating that "the new DNS manager is now Live". Is this something that could be causing the issue I'm having? (sorry if it's a silly question and completely unrelated... my knowledge here is fairly limited).
