Bit of a newby to jquery.

About to add an amazon style image scroller on to a site i'm currently working on. Could somebody advise where I need to add the following files ?

Add js and css files.
<link href="css/amazon_scroller.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"></link>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-1.3.2.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/amazon_scroller.js"></script>
