Not familiar with the install process of the plugin. Apparently it does some amount of sql installation automatically, but does it have an additional sql file to be applied?
Also, how did this store come to be (questions related are in the posting tips) was this plugin previously installed to the database that is being used? Did it get removed prior to this install attempt? Have you tried to follow the removal instructions since this issue was identified? It may be that the configuration items are assigned to a different (lower) gID and did not get moved/reinstalled to the current location. There are a number of ways to move forward with it.

The absence of activity on the applicable forum may not indicate the absence of available help. Others that have previously installed this particular program are likely to listen to that one and all using it would benefit from what happened, how it happened, and what to do to resolve it.
