Empty Dynamic Filter

Goodafternoon all

I have recently installed the Dynamic filter. I have checked multiple times if every file was uploaded and it was. But for some reason it is not working. I can see the filter at the layout boxes controller. but when I got to Admin > Configuration > Dynamic filter all options are missing. I know that there is a support channel for this filter, but it is unfortunatelly not very active . I hope that you can help me.. If I can solve this, my new website can go live..
