Default How to set up First Class, Priority, etc.. by weight

Hello! Well my site is just about finished, except for the shipping section. I have come all this way without having to bug anyone with questions. I've been able to find all of the answers I needed here in these threads, but this one has really irritated me! I need to set up my shipping charges the following way:

My shipping charges on based on weight and I will be shipping via USPS only. I want U.S. customers to be able to choose First Class, Priority, Or Express. I want international customers to be able to choose Airmail or Global Priority.

I have gone back and forth from the table rate to zones, etc. I understand how to enter the weights and prices. Originally I started with zones and thats fine for First Class and Airmail. But how do I do the same thing for Priority Mail, Express, etc. Forgive me if I sound like a complete idiot. The answer is probably right in front of me, but I just don't get it. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Well after looking around more, it seems like I should duplicate the Zones module 2 more times. Let me know if this is not the way to go...

Can't you just install USPS Shipping Module and configure it for the ones that you want to use?

That would have been wonderful except I can't get it to work. Nothing shows up in my shopping cart under shipping when I have that module enabled. I've gone through the necessary steps with opening an account at the USPS site, etc. I'm still waiting to hear back from USPS. I'm just trying to get this thing online by this Friday and I don't have time to wait around for USPS to get back to me. I was hoping I could do this by zones. I was successful at duplicating zones.php, but now I'm trying to get my shipping charges correct. This shipping stuff has been the absolute worst of my Zen Cart experience. Everything else has been great. I really do love Zen Cart, but this part is making me want to scream!

What is your Ship From address?

Did you call USPS and have them activate your account to the production server after you obtained your userid?

ok, i followed the wiki and when i went to test, I got this message:
Unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.

I know there have been other posts helping with this but for the life of me I cannot find them now. Been reading the forum for days and my eyes falling outta my head :)

Can anyone point me to the right direction? thanks!

I never got anywher with the test server. My son had set up their API on a couple of other carts and told me forget about testing it and simply call them and ask to be switched to the production server. It took about 10 minutes on Labor Day.
