We really need both original copies of the file (from the Column Grid and the Set Number mods) to be able to advise correctly. Have you compared each of them to the original stock version, to see where each mod makes changes (take notes with line numbers and code)? That is the first step you need to take.

Then if they modify separate lines, you can just merge the custom parts into one file. If they both change the same line somewhere, it will require expert attention.
