Moved store folder - index.php not recognized?

I followed this article:

Now when I browse to new store root it is 404 not found.
If I specify 'index.php' it is fine.

What am I missing..?

Both URLs are working fine for me - the only thing i see is that it looks like you have an index.html and an index.php - in most cases that html file is gonna "over ride" the php file unless you specifically type in index.php

Hmm, I get the main page when I browse to:
http://bbmetalfab.com/metalart
(it redirects to my http://bbmetalfab.com/index.html)

I'm wanting it to dump me to the store root index.php file...
Am I missing something?

(Sorry for stupid question, I'm not much of a web developer, more storage geek)

Figured out the problem, zen-cart was fine - problem is w/ magic seo. I have to get a recompile of my php file for new url
