I just re-installed Zencart on my site and am getting the followign error...

You're missing one or more files under /includes/classes/db/, probably due to an incomplete upload by FTP.
And, usually when that happens it means that many *more* files might also be missed/incomplete/damaged in other folders too.
Best to do the upload again, and/or at least check each file to be sure it's complete..
