I'm still unable to get any international quotes from my cart, despite removing/installing/configuring the module a few times. I did also edit the shipping ounces to 2.
I'm running version 1.3.8a
I keep getting the same error: We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
Here are my settings for the USPS module:
Enable USPS Shipping: True
Which server to use: production
Handling Fee: 2
Handling Per Order or Per Box: Box
Tax Class: --none--
Tax Basis: Shipping
Shipping Zone: --none--
Sort Order: 0
All Packages are Machinable: False
USPS Options: Display weight, Display transit time
Domestic Shipping Methods: PRIORITY, FIRST CLASS, PARCEL
International Shipping Methods: Global Express, Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Int Flat Rate Env, Priority Mail Int Flat Rate Box, Priority Mail Int Flat Rate Small Box, Priority Mail Int Flat Rate Med Box, Priority Mail Int Flat Rate Lrg Box, First Class Mail Int Lrg Env, First Class Mail Int Package, First Class Mail Int Letters, First Class Mail Int Flats, First Class Mail Int Parcels
Debug Mode: Off
Here are my settings for the shipping configuration bit:

Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship: 50
Package Tare Small to Medium: 0:0

Display Number of Boxes and Weight Status: 0
Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status: 0
Shipping Estimator Display Settings for Shopping Cart: 1
Display Order Comments on Admin Invoice: 1
Display Order Comments on Admin Packing Slip: 1
I'm trying to send it to an address in the UK with the postcode being W120HN
If anyone can give me any pointers I'd be so grateful as I can't figure out what's up!

It really does not look like the right file from the USPS settings you are displaying ...
Are you sure you did the REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure after you loaded the file to the server?
Could you go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box enter:
USPS GXG Envelopes
select Catalog and click Search ...
Does anything come up?

Is it essential to remove and re-install ?
It seems to work if I just upload the new file.
I need to update this for maybe 20 sites, so if not necessary to remove and re-install, that would save me some good time.
Also another question? Are the asterisks at the end of the shipping service part of the new naming by the USPS (like First-Class Mail International Package** ) ?
I tried removing the asterisks, but then that service wouldn't show up.
If you do not do the REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure then it will NOT work correctly ...
You will see the differences most noticeably in International shipping ...

I just did a test order with international shipping and it worked.
The only 3 international services used are:
1st-class package
priority
express
But I guess I will just remove and re-install tonight when I have time to do all the sites, just in case.
