Whos online behaving odd

SW Guy has done recently done an amazing job of upgrading this for us. All seems great (recommendation from me)

But I havnt done any work on the site for a number of years and am looking to re aquaint myself with it all.

One issue that may be me is whos online is behaving diferently than it used to.

active carts are never green and the numbers dont add up (maybe they are not supposed to?)

anyway here is a breif example of what i mean


i can add one from the whos online view when i see an active cart.
