unless you have access to your own php.ini file?
Odds are that you dont since it just started.
you may want to contact your host and ask them to fix this little problem

How do I know if I have access to my php file? Where is it?
K
Ok, if it was working and now its not,
contact your host, they seem to have either updated php and forgot a few settings,
more than likely they removed the function all together.

OK, I did write to them, but they are so unhelpful that you wouldn't even beleive it. Most of the time if there is a problem such as this they tell me I must have a hacker messing with my site and don't want to take the time to fix it. I will wait for their reply.
In the meantime, is this file someplace within the Zen Cart?
Thank you again for your time. I do appreciate it.
K
Hello,
No the php.ini file is actually a server file.
has nothing to do with Zen,
If your host is that unfriendly I would suggest that you take a look at the link at the top of this page.
The hosts listed there are all certified and guaranteed to work with Zen
