Duplicate entry error

HELP!
After messing up a car that was running perfectly, I am getting the following error after creating my test user login - but it does create the acoount.

1062 Duplicate entry '150' for key 1
in:
[insert into customers_info (customers_info_id, customers_info_number_of_logons, customers_info_date_account_created, customers_info_source_id) values ('150', '0', now(), '11')]

I had installed the How Did You Hear About Us? and I accidently uploaded the files intended for INCLUDES to the ADMIN/INCLUDES folder. I cannot remember if I had made any other changes between the backup and the mistake.

I am running 1.37

You could start by re-loading the correct module files to the correct locations

If that does not correct - re-load the 1.3.7 files (hope that you are using the overrides system) check the site.
If it is functioning correctly then reload the module files

If using the overrides system and still no joy - try switching to the classic template and checking if this fixes it look at your overrides files

Yes I am using the awesome Silverfish template, but I went hog wild and installed the PO module, Call in Credit Card Number, the Invoice module, shipping insurance (I shop on the accessory isle).
Which folders should I reupload?
I reuploaded the How Did You Hear About Us and it works, plus that entire cart works, just get the message when we create our accounts to test site.

Well that complicates things with all the mods - -

Try switching to the classis template first and if this corrects the issue then it localizes the issue to only those files that are in the silver fish template if not then you need to start looking at each mod and determine what if any core files have been replaced. make a list of these.

Then you can proceed files by file to see what changes it back - or start with the file list and look at the files on your server on or about the date and after that you recall this issue began. The date of files changed after a certian date are the ones that should have created the error action

I feel comfortable tackeling this, tell me what software is better WinDiff or ??compare?? - where can I learn about these programs - any threads here?

BeyondCompare is the Dve's favored tool but costs.

WinDiff or winMerge are free to use and function

I do not think the you should require a tutorial as they are fairly straight forward

How many files are you looking at that have been altered about the time that this error occurred?

I swaped templates to Classic and got the same error, so I went back to the Silver Fish. Everything worked until I copied over files, the admin panel shows the field but it is blank. I am using 1.3.7

I am not sure exactly which files I am looking at. I plan on unziping the modules and printing out the directories on paper to see which files overlap unless you suggest an alternative.
