No, you are probably missing that image in (i think) /includes/templates/template_default/images/

If I remember correctly, it should be box_write_review.gif (but don't quote me on either).

Small Image Zoom - It's working, but I want to turn it off and in Config > Images there is no IH Zoom Gravity option.

I can't get the additional pics to show up...They are listed under the IH2 manager but they aren't showing up in the catalog...Any ideas???

After hours of trying to figure this one out (as I had the same problem) the answer is simple.

When uploading the module you need to create a folder in your

store root/includes/templates for YOUR template

My problem was just copying the files within "YOUR_TEMPLATE" to the templates folder without creating a folder with the same name as my template.

Not for nothing.. but the readme states this in the install instructions.. and it sounds like you have missed one.. Suggest going over the install instructions in the readme..
