Doesn't fix the ssl issue on the store front (as indicated https: to your site doesn't work), but in the admin :
Define('HTTP_SERVER',##'https://www.hobbybijkerk.nl/‘);
Has a backquote instead of a single quote. Notice the color change of the above posted code?
