We just moved our store over to a new domain name and things are working well. Except for email notifications that is.

Email delivery works fine if we use the old domain name, but when we tried using the new domain name we no longer get confirmation emails when completing a purchase. So, we have Office 365 and trying to make that work to send store emails and no luck.

Went through procedure 1 and did not resolve.

Went through procedure 2 and Microsoft has changed the screens. I was able to enable MFA, login to the mailbox, but Additional Security Verification does not exist under Security+Privacy. I could not locate Additional Security Verification, nor App Passwords.

Appreciate any help as we cannot send confirmation emails to customers currently!
