Really thanks for update!
Now it's show correct in address bar in Opera and FF :
http://bestfashion.me/Платья-с-1/син-р-1/language/ru
but when I try to copy and paste this url I got :
http://bestfashion.me/%D0%9F%D0%BB%D...-1/language/ru
Exactly like its show in IE7 explorer.
Please tell me if this must be or not and how to fix url for IE7.
