fairestcape... I definitely feel that Kim makes a valuable observation.. and like I said, I TOTALLY agree. I think it's the stupiest thing ever. Personally, I would let them place the order and then call them if there were in conflicts and pay whatever fees were involved to refund their money if I couldn't fill the order... seems like you'd loose significantly less money with that approach than you would in $5000 + sales lost when people just leave the site. But I'm sure you know how client's can be... sometimes you just can't get them to change their mind on anything.
