A few questions.

1) Do you know when it stopped working?
2) Where any upgrades etc... added that may have made it stop?
3) Did anything on your server change (php verison, etc...)?

Typically code doesn't just stop working when it was previously unless something else changed outside the code to make it stop.

Let me know that and I'll see if I can find out why it quit on you.
