    cart error suddenly not adding Attribute price (problem caused by FEC)

    I'm using v1.3.9e for the past week when a customer purchases an item that has Attribute example small medium +2.00 Large +4.00 and so on, the customer is only paying for the base price and not the base price + Attribute price and the invoice is not showing the size the customer wanted. When I call the customer to find out the correct size they state that they chose a size.

    I do not know what is wrong, as the cart was adding Attribute price + base until about a week ago. I have check my logs and there is nothing.

    While you filed this as a Bug Report initially, it doesn't sound like a bug in Zen Cart, but rather a problem with one of your addons.

    When did this problem first start ? How long has it been working properly?

    Can you recreate the problem yourself? If so, what exact steps must be followed to recreate it? Does this affect all products? or just some? All attributes? or just some?

    What did you change recently with regard to addons, new products, edited products, edited attributes, etc? How do you enter your products/attributes?

    What PHP version are you using?

    You said "the invoice is not showing the size". By "invoice", are you referring to the customer's confirmation email? or their My Account order history screen? or your admin order detail screen? or the admin packing slip screen? or all of them? Are "some" of those screens showing the correct info but others are not?

    What payment module are these customers using to pay?

    cart error Re: not adding Attribute price

    The problem started middle of last week, I have been trying to figure it out, I was unable. The cart/my site has been up and running for the last year with no problem.

    I have purchased several test orders all with the same problem, Click a size then add to cart, the cart all the way through checkout shows the sized entered, Then when I get the order in Admin area no size shows up. Also the order email sent to the customer and the copy to me also shows no size. All products & all Attributes.

    I have not added any product or attributes in the past 2 weeks. I have installed fast_and_easy_checkout_for_zen_cart_1-8-1 This week.

    My site runs PHP5

    All of them are not showing the attributes.

    Most use the credit card through Authorize.net 1 used PayPal IPN.

    Yes everything was working before fast and easy checkout. You can create account now. I have tried replacing the attributes_controller.php that did not work. I have also imported a backup database, still no luck. I do not know what else to try.

    This is where I usually go at this point: http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.p...Obscure_Issues ie: figure out ALL the places where ANYTHING differs in your site compared to original clean unchanged Zen Cart files. Then figure out which of those changes is causing the problems unique to your site.

    I cannot find a product with attributes or you have broken the Product _info page and the attributes are not displaying ...
