Welcome email

This may be a really dumb question and I am so sorry if it is.

I too wanted to change the welcome email but have had some web designers working on the site. I followed your clear directions to get to the template to modify the email, and I don't have the template for the email in there. Could it be somewhere else?

The reason why is that your web designer did not set up an override structure for you ... You will find this file in the core file structure of zen cart in includes/ languages/ english/ create_account.php
