Simple SEO URL (OLD version) [support thread]

Good Morning Guys,
I tried to install SIMPLE SEO on my site on friday but something odd has happened. the pages of the site are just showing up as blank pages, the site is www.farbgel.com
can anyone shed any light on what i need to do to bring the site back?

Uou should, check the cache for debug error logging and check the error details to see exactly why you are getting the blank page

I've got a cart I'm trying to fix some errors on. Problems with simple seo manager is one issue. The cart version shows 1.3.8a with database patch level 1.3.9a (not sure why that is)

I've been looking through files and found a current version file and it says version 8|Beta 3.4.5

In admin extras > simple seo manager

this error is showing

1062 Duplicate entry 'SSU_EXCLUDE_LIST' for key 2
in:

Hi, I have a problem with accessing a subdirectory when Simple SEO turned on. When its turned off I can access the directory fine.

http://MySiteName.com/Manage (url I can not get to)

http://MySiteName.com/Catalog is where zen card is installed.

I am new to this so I am unsure where to even start looking to resolve issue.

Update to version 3.8.8 Your cache will not be half as big and with some bug fixes as well.
You can get 3.8.8 from here

You will need to update Module Manager to it's latest version if you haven't done that yet. On the new version of Simple Seo 3.8.8 the old Module Manger will not work.

The URL format www.example.com/p156-product-name is even better. The RegEx parsing from left to right can immediately pick up the product number, and will operate faster. The scripting can also still work with an accidentally truncated URL such as www.example.com/p156-produc and then issue a redirect to the correct full URL.

Yes, these formats are exactly what an "SEO module" can do for you.

Category details should never appear in the product URL. That leads to Duplicate Content issues, but the problem is easily avoided.

www.example.com/p156-product-name would be perfect, what do i get it ? do you have any idea?

I am trying to get a previously working installation of ssu Beta 3.4.5 on a 1.3.9a cart working again.

When clicking, reset all cache, we get this error

/home/username/public_html/shop/cache/ssu//aliases/c/a/a/0/caa05421ec1394eaa4b603696ea3a06c

Then I noticed there's a double forward slash after the ssu folder and wonder if that is causing the error. Any idea where that extra forward slash should be removed?

Now, for just one category, she is consistently getting a page not found error. It happens occasionally on another category as well. But everything else is fine. I have tested on three different computers, with multiple browsers, and have never been able to replicate the issue. However, she has had friends try and they have experienced it as well. What could be causing this?

The category that is not working for her is Garden Memorials-Memorial Benches (FREE SHIP).

If a few of you could try going to the category and seeing if it works, that would be great!

Works fine for me. I tried it with IE8, Chrome, Firefox. I didn't get any errors. I tried the whole site.
