Image Handler 2 (for ZC v1.3.8 ONLY) Support

diva...could there be a conflict with her 2 hover scripts and easy slider.js

just wondering cause at one time even lightbox pitched a fit with like the jquery script

she seems to have quite a bit of scripts running and when I went just now I got no hovering at all...lol

sorry that sounds wrong on so many levels but am pooped from moving to new server

No DarkAngel because I also tried this on a sandbox and doesn't have the sliding, or any jquery working at all and didn't work; and on my site I have jquery working with a slider and it worked; so it's not related. (I deleted the sample I created on my site after diva looked at it so it's not there any more).

She may not have hover turned on.. and this would not affect the behavior of the additional images..

ok, having ideas that popped into head so put them out there...lol

I know I have my test store and sometimes when I add things to it...no troubles at all and they work beautifully just like they should....

then I add then to the live atore and trouble from get go

or vice versa

why would IH2 work on my local server(localhost) but not on the web server? Link
I've uninstalled and re-installed and cleared cache but to no avail..
none of the pictures shows up in store even in admin..

The weird thing is its working great locally...

please help....!

what are your setting in admin>images and on your server do you have the images and bmz_cache folder set to 755 permissions?

when you cleared cache did you do it from admin or by going to server and deleteing the folders there

The images folders were on 755 then I set it to 777 but both didn't work...

I cleared the cache from the admin...

1) are there errors showing in your /cache folder note /cache NOT /bmz_cache
2) when i try and view an image i get this error

Thats a sign somethings wrong, hopefully there are debug files in the /cache folder, otherwise you are going to need to watch your server logs as the errors will show in there, Someone had a similar error in the past and i can't remember how it was fixed but it was fixable

3) Nothing to do with image handler, BUT, your slideshow images need to optimised for the web as they are huge filesize-wise (they are gorgeous images)and made the page take forever to load


I do know some people had issues with their .htaccess causing a similar error

I'm really stuck with this image problem.. found the error log:

Thanks for the comment and tips on the images, these are currently used for testing mode.. will be corrected once all in working order... =^_^+
