nine hours...that is what i spent researching this problem IN THIS THREAD and in testing. and is not because i assumed it was the mod, but my own error and I don't have that kind of time. I'm not paid for this.Had you taken the time to read through the entire thread, or searched the thread for [product_number]to see if the issue already existed, you could have saved yourself hours and hours of wasted time. Taking ownership of our own mistakes helps us learn from them more so than does placing ownership on another's doorstep :)
the guy in the post Willy, did not offer a screen shot like i took the trouble to do and did not describe what he was seeing at all. I don't know how Daniel figured out what he was talking about unless a pm was involved.
A link to the site produces nothing because the problem only occurs when you are logged on as a customer, after clicking the submit button on a review.
I never post without a follow up when the solution is found....or fail to own my errors.
This was not my error. It was the mods...and my trust in the mod, and my assumption it was my issue alone, cost me a day and a morning of my life.
That bit of ignorance of yours being exposed, you are right. It has removed the product name from the image, so is not a perfect fix.
