Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Check out this image, something that has been supposedly fixed before version 1.5 of the lightbox, still shows up on my site.

If anyone can fix this you would make my day as I'm very picky about things and this is driving me crazy



This error only shows up when a model# is inserted and it only appears after clicking on "read the reviews" on the description page. If you continue to "write a review" it's gone again.

Hi everyone,

I'm running zencart version 1.3.9h and I was using lightbox version 1.5 then I upgraded to version 1.6 and the EZ-Pages stopped showing me the lightbox effect on photos and images I would like to show a larger view of.

Did everything by the book, added the jscript_zen_lightbox to the appropriate folder but no lightbox display.

Any help would be appreciated.

before you upgraded...did you remember to run the uninstall script and remove the files form your server and then upload the new ones?

I posted a fix for this when you asked last week, and again when someone else asked a couple days later…

I've also posted fixes for the ez pages several times very recently

Thanks for the code fix but after you remove that string, the name of the product on the bottom of the lightbox disappears.

Any ideas for that particular issue?

Yes I did....I didn't skip one step, in fact it took some time to remove all the old files.....


Please feel free to visit my website and check it out www.aquafinatic.com. Once you are on the main page scroll down to the bottom where it says "Finatic Tailnews" on the big tab and click on it. You will see that there is a Compatability Chart and when you try to view the larger image the lightbox does not jump into effect.

Any ideas?......Thank you.

Hi,

I am trying to isnatll Lightbox 1.62 onto my Zen cart site at www.womanlycharm.co.uk. The site is using Zen 1.3.9h.
When i try and run the database update either through PhpMyAdmin, or manually through Zen Cart, I get an SQL error Here:

Can anybody help?
