Anybody else notice that the addition on the customs forms don't add up correctly when you list multiple items? I called them and they told me to correct the amount by hand until the known bug is fixed.

Sorry, meant to say that SHIPRUSH.com offers zencart addin powered by Endicia

If you look at your server logs for the Stamps.com hits every 2 hours, you'll see that the actual log shows it coming from Z-firm.com, the developers of ShipRush.com powered by Endicia.

That's who Stamps.com contracts to develop their addin.

I haven't downloaded their app yet but will probably do it when my postage @ Stamps runs out. It can't be any worse.

Another thing I have noticed about the Stamps.com program.

When the Batch section "Refreshes" it gives you a pop-up dialog box for each Profile you have.

In my case I have Amazon, eBay, and my Zen-Cart store. Each time it gives me a pop-up that I have to [OK].

Can't it just run through the whole group of profiles then give me a popup with a report?

    Example:
    0 from Amazon
    3 from eBay
    12 from Zen-Cart

That would be great. This clicking [OK] for each profile is going to get old fast!

RE The problem with the mail classes being imported incorrectly...

The QA team says this is fixed. The fix is not live yet, but should roll out this week.

    Sorry for the hassle!

Will the fix be on their side or will we have to update the package/module for our website?

The reason why I asked is due to the fact that I had to modify their code for my Status Updates. I have Shipped as my fifth and final status. Where as Refund and Update are third and fourth. I had to modify just about every file in their integration package.

I hope the fix is on their end.

I think it is central, but it is probably tied to the usps names that the usps web tools return.

So if you use that naming, this should help.

If your mail service names come from somewhere else (your code, or such), then this may not make a difference.

I installed the Stamps.com update two days ago. I still haven't received an order with anything other than First Class so I haven't been able to confirm the correct handling of the other postage rates in the software.

Has anybody updated and seen the software correctly populate the Priority or other services correctly?

Oh... another thing, I didn't notice the 7-8% discount for First Class like the software update suggests.

I would have to think that everybody using the Stamps.com software has been doing the manual change procedure. But, my question was in regards to shiprush-2's statement that it has been fixed by QA (or something of the sort) and that would roll out with the next update.

*I still haven't been able to confirm due to the fact that I still haven't had a customer select anything other than First Class.

easy to check. you do a test order. But, as i understand, even if the customer chooses priority you will see first class as the preset. But you can change that inside stamps.com. Change the default setting from first class to what you actually offer on your website.
in the batch screen, choose "apply preset" in the drop-down, you choose "manage preset dialog" then "add" and that opens the dialog and you can choose the settings you need as the standard presets
