Auction Product Type

I am currently using: v1.3.9c of Zen Cart and have been testing the mod with help from my web host manager. We now can tell that the cron job is firing, but we get the error:

PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class productAuction in /home/villscom/public_html/includes/classes/class.productauction.php on line 17

Can anyone give me a clue how to fix. Everything else seem to work well and I really want this to work to help our sales and general sales interest.

After applying the modification, it will not take any bids on the auction items. It returns eith "Too Low" or "Too High" Can you point me in a direction to look for the code that is limiting bids?

Cancel this question - I found the problem -It's me not checking to be sure all the parts were FTP'd correctly.

Hi

I'm having a bit of trouble with the Auction Product type add-on -- in particular, the divs on the product display.

What's happening is that there seems to be a missing </div>, resulting in the product page being thrown off when the error for a bid that's not high enough shows.

I already fixed one missing div problem doing the same thing on the main display of the product, but I can't locate the div this time.

A little hard to explain, so I've included some screenshots below.

http://www.natureswonderland.com.au/images/auction2.jpg -- This shows the shop when the missing div comes in. As you can see, one of the divs isn't closed and everything is 10 times bigger than it should be. Still a little hard to see, but I'm hoping you get the gist.


So, if anyone has any idea where I can find that missing </div> it would be greatly appreciated.

Something appears to have not copied across properly as I am getting titles displayed as "BOX_INFORMATION_AUCTION" in the Information sidebox, "BOX_HEADING_AUCTION" as the auction box heading, and lots more.
Any guidance as to what file hasn't copied across properly or where to set up the proper titles for the titles.

Not having a lot of luck in fixing my problem... Obviously, it will be easier if you can see exactly what is happening...

ZC version 1.3.9, Auction Product Type 1.2b

An attempt to use the cron job did not succeed, despite the cache showing apparent success with the use of wget. So I set the use cron values to 0 in Auction Manager and checked the config file to make sure it was set 0 there also.

I do get outbid emails instantly, but no winner or loser emails are sent out. Sendmail -f works fine for everything else in Zencart.

Where are the specific files that trigger the emails being sent? Are they perhaps using the wrong email protocol, or do they use Zencart's default?

I understand that in the absence of a cron job, emails are triggered by a page load, which I have done after the close of the auctions.

Also, is there any way to get auctions to end on the minute rather than on the hour?

Help here would be awesome so I can just get winner and loser emails successfully sending. Payment is possible for someone who can come in and set up the cron job properly to optimize the site.

I should add that in Auctions Manager, it shows the ended auctions as not having ended, and the columns are weirdly offset in Auctions Manager. Screenshot included.

It's also not showing the pay now button to the highest bidder when that account is logged in.
