Where does one find this text to edit!!

Hey,

I need to edit some text on my home page, it is on the left under 'wedding promotions' I was just wondering where on earth I find the text saying

"EXCLUSIVE OFFER!Book your wedding balloon decor through us and we will give you FREE Bows & Swags for your top table. "
With the big 'DETAILS' button under it?

I want to edit it but not sure how I managed to do so before lol..
