editing header text

Ok you have permission to slap me but how do you edit the "tatgline here" line in the header I've search for ages using every combination of the phrase and can't find anything, and can you point me in the direction of where I'll find or serch for other how to's for the comstock template

Thanks I'd just found the solution myself I was looking in the file mentioned in that article but my file was here /home/rvsolars/public_html/includes/languages/english/comstock/header.php think it's the way the template has been installed least I know now

That's exactly where the file should be, and where the article says it will be ("custom" means whatever your template name is, in your case "comstock").
