Default Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules

    I have two issues:

    First, no results.

And a 404 error when I run the test email.

I am running Zen Cart version 1.3.8a - I DO have CEON URL mapping (I noticed on the mailbeez site there were some compatibility issues), but I added /wilburnmedicalusa.com/mailbeez.php to the exceptions rule...

    Any ideas?

    hi,

your image folder has htaccess protection, so the images do not load but everyone is prompted with a login.

    cheers

the image folder where you are storing the screenshots you are using in this forum is protected. so we can't see your screenshots, but are prompted to login.
you need to remove the htaccess passwort protection on root of http://wilburnmedicalusa.net/

when you still are able to edit your previous post, please remove the images from your test-server. the password popup is bothering everybody using this forum.

    1. no recipients
looks good to me - guess you do not have anyone who set up an account between 5 and 10 days ago w/o purchasing anything.

    2. you must have some kind of url rewriting in your system. I guess you have <root>/mailhive.php on your server, but when you try to open it through the browser you get the 404?

    cheers

Sorry about the login screen(s). I'm SURE it's annoying. It's too late for me to edit the first post...so I'll have to ask a moderator. Duh, wasn't thinking about what I was doing.

So the Simple SEO URL rewrite can conflict as well? Makes sense.

    Ok. Thanks for your help!

This solution ONLY applies to the professional installation of Simple SEO from RubikIntegration:

    Navigate to your Admin.

    Configuration>Simple SEO URL - Click

On that page you will see about halfway down the list "Exclude List"

Add a comma, do NOT put a space, and add "mailhive.php"

And voila! It works just fine! Thanks!

    Hi Cord,

I installed this module and I love it, especially how flexible it is. The only issue that I am facing is running a cron job without errors. I tried researching this issue in this forum but without any luck. I copied the secure Cron-job URL exactly as it is from my configuration tab and tried to create a cron job with it on cronless.com. However, every time I get this error:

"We checked out the URL, and something isn't right. Make sure it follows this structure:
http(s)://domain.tld/page.pfx with optional variables with the page

    e.g. http://coolawesomeblog.com/cron.php or https://www.mysupersite.com/update.php?what=all "

Is the URL I am copying wrong or do I have to add anything to it? Please let me know..

    Thanks Cord,
    Maddy
