Having trouble with my website

This is the first time using zen cart on working on a website. I am using the lates zen cart which is 1.3.9

I installed a template the other day and started working on my website but on my page I have a few buttons called "New Item", "Contact Us", "Newsletter" and "Specials" but when I click on each on it opens up to another page and ask me to log into my zen cart account. I had this same problem on another computer.

Also how do I get rid of the following text
"Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution." as I followed instructions on how to change it but it hasn't done anything.

They all have a link back to your adminfolder. Not sure why this happens, but it could be you hard coded the link to these pages, and inadvertently put in the /zcadmin/ part

Thanks for you help. Still trying to work out how to get rid of Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution. as I followed the instructions and it didn't change as I wanted 'Welcome to my store'
