Might be worth the investment to pay someone to help you with tasks you may find challenging.
I'm gonna assume you didn't mean this to sound as snarky as it comes across..
That said, I'm sure you can appreciate that FREE modules are generously contributed by VOLUNTEERS. These volunteers contribute Zen Cart updates/enhancements/mods in their free time without any kind of compensation for their time and effort.. The volunteers who worked on IH3 didn't "make the additional_images.php for the 2 different ones" because they felt that:
A. The addition of the instructions on how to integrate the two most popular lightbox solutions with Image Handler (instructions which were not included in previous versions of Image Handler BTW) was MORE than sufficient to help guide folks through executing this process.
B. It was MORE important to devote their volunteer effort into improving IH3's functionality and documentation.
Now it's open source software.. So there's nothing stopping someone else from volunteering to add the modified additional images files needed to use IH3 with Fual Slimbox or Zen Lightbox to the IH3 fileset (and the later is not necessary since the IH3 readme file CLEARLY indicates that the additional images file that comes with ZLB should REPLACE the one that comes with IH3).
That said, a constructive question on where you are having issues will go a long way to getting your issue resolved versus posting gripes about what SHOULD or SHOULD not be included in the IH3 fileset.
