Did you follow the instructions about resetting the sideboxes and recommended admin settings? It looks like you did not turn off the right sidebox.

In the download, look at the install.txt file. I think it is section 4.

You are using an old version of the template. Download the latest version and the installation instructions are in the readme directory. avonlee_contempo_readme.html

Hello: Thanks for the great template. I am having problems with customer login and password retrieval. Seems to be the same error... ACCESS DENIED. Just checking if you have seen this problem!
